Winter Ball

After several years of implementing, planning, and organizing our church's Daddy/Daughter dance, Jason had his first opportunity to actually go to the dance as a daddy. Little Adley, of course, won't remember too much about the winter ball, but we knew that she'd absolutely love it while she was there. The event gave Daddy some pretty precious memories too!

There were several photographers (including Aunt Sarah!) at the dance, so we were blessed to receive some pretty precious photos to capture Daddy and Adley's time together. 

The setting and decorations were all so beautiful that night, and the attendance was good as well. Daddy said that Adley most enjoyed dancing on his feet, bouncing up and down to the music, and being swung around in a circle. This girl definitely likes to groove! :)

Not surprisingly, she was also a big fan of the snack and activity tables.

Uncle Andrew and Abby were at the dance as well, so there were some fun uncle/niece bonding moments too. :) 

By the end, this little sweetie was partied out! Daddy said that Adley just nestled right in on his shoulder and didn't argue one bit when he suggested it was time to go home.

At home, when I asked Adley what her favorite part of the evening was, she said, "Dance daddy." It's so sweet to see how much this little girl loves her Daddy! What a special evening for both of them! :)
